A Trainer Who Cares

ZaZa an ACE Certified Personal Trainer & an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor. She is also certified in TRX Suspension Training, WARRIOR Combat, Zumba Strong & Pilates Sculpt & Core. As a Qualified Mental Health Professional, she offers a holistic approach while empowering her clients to increase their health, fitness & wellness through exercise, nutritional, mindset and lifestyle coaching while offering online Fitness Coaching, In-Person Mobile Personal Training & Small/Large Group Fitness Training.

Cardio Fitness

Engaging regularly in cardio fitness improve cardiovascular health The unique program I’ve developed  will help burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health. My combination of strategic exercises and a healthy diet will have you in tip-top shape in no time.

Strength Training

Strength Training can not only enhance your quality of life, it will also improve your activities of daily living. Let me develop a program to increase your strength, increase bone density and support weight loss/ weight management! Book a session today!

Flexibility Training

Stretching your muscles can lead to greater range of motion, increased flexibility and improved balanced. Let me develop a program (which includes Assisted PNF stretching during in-person sessions) to improve your flexibility and decrease your chances for injury.

 

Custom Workout Plans

I will analyze your body type, BMI, and metabolism to create your individualized fitness plan. The unique program I’ve developed will help burn calories, boost metabolism, and improve your overall health. My combination of strategic exercises that includes both cardio & strength training and healthy eating coaching will ensure the best results. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals. 

I bring the gym to you! I have the equipment, I will come to your home, work or park to offer a custom workout just for you!
